COACH VINCE JACOBS SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION

This scholarship is designed to encourage football student athletes to continue their pursuit of being a collegiate athlete without a scholarship offer out of high school. The namesake of this scholarship, Vince Jacobs Sr, has dedicated his adult life to youth sports with a focus on encouraging student athletes to pursue their sport at the collegiate level. It is this organizations belief that graduating college as a student athlete creates opportunities that are unmatched and instills life skills that will last well beyond their college days.

We encourage athletes to pursue collegiate athletic endeavors, even if they are not granted an athletic scholarship right out of high school. We want to help applicants who are deciding between giving up college athletics because no scholarship was offered out of high school or choosing a school because they were offered a scholarship rather than going to a school that better suites their academics accomplishments that did not pursue them athletically. We want to give these student athletes the freedom to make the best decision for their future with the development of the Vince Jacobs Sr. Scholarship!

We are looking to take donations for the 2022 scholarship. The 2021 Scholarship was fully funded by Vince Jacobs Jr. (already awarded). VTO Sports Inc. is committed to matching all donations (up to $2,500) for the 2022 Scholarship.
